  1. It is normal at this age.  It is shocking how the world has embraced this act but that doesn’t justify this sinful act. The bible states in Matt 5:23 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. During masturbation, one fantasizes sexually about the opposite sex. The Bible warns us not conforming to the norms of the world. It is not normal to masturbate and you should make every effort to overcome it.

  2.  It is impossible to stop. – Masturbation is difficult but possible to overcome. During efforts to overcome this addition, people often relapse and get back to it even after several weeks and months of victory. But don’t give up. Making an effort and also knowing that is a sin proves that you have what it takes to overcome it. Find a counselor (matured Christian, pastor, certified specialist) to open up to and he can guide you on the path to victory.

  3. It hurts nobody – This is one deception the enemy uses to keep people in this act. Masturbation is done individually but has serious detrimental effects on your relationship not only with God but your partners or friends. Don’t be deceived. 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.
